Commemoration of the second year of martyrdom of Late President Dr Raisi and FM Dr Amir-Abdollahian

On Thursday, 21 May 2026, a ceremony commemorating the second anniversary of the martyrdom of Ayatollah Dr. Raisi and Dr. Amir-Abdollahian was held at the Cultural Center of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Colombo, with the wide participation of the public and media representatives.

During the ceremony, Dr. Delkhosh, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Ali Sabry, former Foreign Minister of Sri Lanka, and Dr. Shiran Ilanperuma, political scholar and researcher, delivered speeches highlighting the valuable characteristics of the service-oriented policy pursued by Martyr Raisi.
