The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic Of Iran to Sri Lanka met with Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha

In a meeting with Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha, the Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Sri Lanka, the longstanding cooperation between the two countries was highlighted, along with the support that the Islamic Republic of Iran has provided to Sri Lanka during challenging times in the past. Emphasis was placed on strengthening relations between the two countries , and Iran’s Ministry of Defense expressed its readiness to cooperate with Sri Lanka in areas such as equipment, training, experience sharing, and organizing joint programs.
