The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Sri Lanka expresses its deep sorrow over the landslide that occurred  November 2025 in the Pahala Kadugannawa area, Central Province, which resulted in tragic loss of life. The Embassy extends its heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, as well as to the people of Sri Lanka. May the departed souls rest in peace, and may comfort be granted to their loved ones. We earnestly pray that the people of Sri Lanka never again experience such a disaster, and that their lives be blessed with safety, prosperity, and well-being.
