His Excellency Dr. Abbas Araghchi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran in a message to His Excellency Abdulla Khaleel, Foreign Minister of the Maldives, congratulated the Government and people of the Maldives on the advent of the New Year and while referring to the historical bonds between the two countries emphasized the necessity of comprehensive development of bilateral relations.
